Very professional and super friendly. Adam was a great salesman and took the time show me how the car I purchased worked. He also made sure he had the car model I was interested in running and cooled off on the lot for me to test drive before I arrived. Very helpful and I found what I was looking for. Thanks Adam and Honda of Meridian for getting me my first car! :)

The new General Manger came in and spoke with the customers waiting for their cars to be completed. From what he told us, I think everything is headed in the right direction, hence the five stars. I did miss Jessica, she’s always a 5 star, she seems to make me (and I’m sure others) feel welcome and truly appreciated as a customer. Her customer service skills are top notch and these days it’s hard to find, it’s like a lost art. I didn’t find that to be true with other employees. Maybe some customer service training is in order. Smiles go a long way.
