Friendly staff and quality work

There was a miscommunication apparently. We dropped off the car at 7:30 am for what we were told was a 4 hour repair and we scheduled our day with that information. We called 3 times for an update after 5 hours but could not reach anyone. We showed up at the dealership after 6 hours and were told it would be another 2 hours. When I got the invoice it was higher that the estimate I was given the day before. Overall, it was disappointing.

Rod Kelly was extremely helpful throughout the purchase of my Honda CR-V. He went above and beyond by even delivering it to me. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and all his help. Thank you, Rod!
