Great service - professional and friendly and fo not try to sell you something you don't need. In fact, I asked for new brake pads on all 4 tires, but they checked the breaks abd and found that the pads were still in great shape. I very much appreciate the intergrity.

Went in for the initial oil change on my 2026 Honda Ridgeline. The job was completed in an acceptable amount of time. The dealership Service Department communicated perfectly with me. The downside is that I found oily fingerprints on the interior and exterior of the truck and I discovered a puddle of oil on my garage floor the next morning. I'm sure this was simply residual oil from the oil change but perhaps it could have been avoided with better care during the oil change process. I reported a stich in the seam of the drivers seat beginning to need attention. I asked for this to be documented in my file. I hope that was done for future reference, if needed.
