During our trip from Virginia to Texas, the metal guard under our car started dragging the ground. Meridian Honda took me at 5 pm and fixed it with kindness and reassurance. I’m very grateful!

Gavin was willing to help me in every way. He didnt push anything on me he agreed with my price. He even offered to help in future if I was to busy to get to Honda and change my oil, he would pick my car up for me get the oil changed and bring it back. This is my second time buying from the Honda dealership in Meridian bought one in 2019 bought Toyota in 23. Hopefully I want have a long wait when I go to get it serviced

I had returned to buy a tube of touchup paint and just asked if I could get the recall done for airbags even though I had not got a letter from Honda about it yet. They said no problem and they took it right in and in about a half hour they were through. The service department was extremely helpful and courteous to us. Very happy with Meridian Honda as to the way customers are treated.

Honda of Meridian is a great place to buy a car. When I bought my 2025 Honda Pilot from them, it took me a long time to choose something I really liked. They were very patient with me and made the process much quicker and smoother. My battery died recently, and I took it to them. They explained everything, replaced it quickly, and I was in and out in a short amount of time. Great people work there. The service department is excellent, and it’s just overall a fantastic place to work with.

Took my 2021 Honda Odyssey van to find out about a noise I kept hearing also to get my door fixed. It got stuck open and we finally got it to close but we cut electric button off. They diagnosed what was needed for door ordered parts got it fixed. They drove my car around lot. They were hearing the noise I heard. Got it fixed and the shop people were so helpful getting my insurance coverage. I will definitely go back for service at Honda of Meridian

Service department is great and easy to schedule a visit. They are always willing to explain everything to make sure I know what's going on.
