I have used the service department at Honda of Meridian since I got my first Honda nearly fifteen years ago. While using the dealer may not always be the most convenient, given the plethora of repair choices that may be closer to you, I think that it is generally the best bet. After all, their makes and models are their bread and butter. Furthermore, I trust Honda of Meridian. We all know the cliched jokes about mechanics who "discover" "urgent" repairs that need to be done. Whenever I take my vehicle to HoM, I trust that they will suggest only what truly needs to be done for my and my family's safety and my vehicle's performance. This means more than I can express. Ms. Jessica Diamond is great, and she has always been forthright and open with me regarding all repairs. If you have a Honda, you know where to go to have it serviced.

Friendly staff, prompt and professional

A little slow getting started pulling cars in but once started pretty quick. Friendly staff at the service counter. Never had a problem. Always get my oil changed here
