I have used the service department at Honda of Meridian since I got my first Honda nearly fifteen years ago. While using the dealer may not always be the most convenient, given the plethora of repair choices that may be closer to you, I think that it is generally the best bet. A little slow getting started pulling cars in but once started pretty quick. Friendly staff at the service counter. Never had a problem. Always get my oil changed here

He even offered to help in future if I was to busy to get to Honda and change my oil, he would pick my car up for me get the oil changed and bring it back. This is my second time buying from the Honda dealership in Meridian bought one in 2019 bought Toyota in 23. Hopefully I want have a long wait when I go to get it serviced

I had returned to buy a tube of touchup paint and just asked if I could get the recall done for airbags even though I had not got a letter from Honda about it yet. They said no problem and they took it right in and in about a half hour they were through. The service department was extremely helpful and courteous to us. Very happy with Meridian Honda as to the way customers are treated.
Honda of Meridian is a great place to buy a car. When I bought my 2025 Honda Pilot from them, it took me a long time to choose something I really liked. They were very patient with me and made the process much quicker and smoother. My battery died recently, and I took it to them. They explained everything, replaced it quickly, and I was in and out in a short amount of time. Great people work there. The service department is excellent, and it’s just overall a fantastic place to work with.
Took my 2021 Honda Odyssey van to find out about a noise I kept hearing also to get my door fixed. It got stuck open and we finally got it to close but we cut electric button off. They diagnosed what was needed for door ordered parts got it fixed. They drove my car around lot. They were hearing the noise I heard. Got it fixed and the shop people were so helpful getting my insurance coverage. I will definitely go back for service at Honda of Meridian

Extremely pleased with the whole process of buying our Honda. Many folks told us to shop out of Meridian for the best price, but we got two price cuts and was very impressed with Adam Brown...no pressure techniques which I really appreciated. I've always dreaded walking onto a car lot, but Adam's approach as well as Finance Mgr, Andrew, exceeded our expectations! We are thankful for Meridian Honda's professionalism. So glad we shopped in Meridian. Couldn't have gone any smoother.

The lady at the service desk was polite and helpful. The only drawback was the long wait time to get an oil change.
