Honda of Meridian was awesome. I was driving in from Georgia to Natchez, Ms and my oil light came on. I noticed once I stopped for gas my front driver side tire was low. So, I goggle the nearest Honda dealership and Honda of Meridian was 4 minutes away. They changed my oil and checked the air pressure for my tire in a timely manner. Thanks Honda of Meridian!! I had the greatest experience ever!!
Negotiated a reasonable deal from out-of-state. However, during the paperwork process I caught two mistakes at different times. Then the check they issued to my county clerk was not the correct amount so I had to write a personal check to get my tags. Then had to have Meridian Honda re-issue a check to me. That was a hassle but a big part of it, to be fair, was the US postal service as my overnight mailing with the check took a week to get returned to them. Great service - professional and friendly and fo not try to sell you something you don't need. In fact, I asked for new brake pads on all 4 tires, but they checked the breaks abd and found that the pads were still in great shape. I very much appreciate the intergrity.

Went in for the initial oil change on my 2026 Honda Ridgeline. The job was completed in an acceptable amount of time. The dealership Service Department communicated perfectly with me. The downside is that I found oily fingerprints on the interior and exterior of the truck and I discovered a puddle of oil on my garage floor the next morning. I'm sure this was simply residual oil from the oil change but perhaps it could have been avoided with better care during the oil change process. Tristan Taylor was courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I inquired about. He was efficient and helpful in demonstrating the various features of the vehicles. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He gave me the information I requested and most importantly, the time I needed to make the best decision for me. He was professional and personable and represented the dealership extremely well.

Gavin was very helpful in keeping my car buying experience at Honda of Meridian smooth and comfortable. I did not feel pressured at all, and I have been to some pretty aggressive dealerships. I purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 and am very happy with it. I will definitely buy from this dealership again in the future if I’m in the market.

Normally the service is amazing but this time they did not fill any of my fluids during my oil change-no windshield washer fluid, brake, and especially the coolant! It was completely empty.

Buying a car with Honda of Meridian (here’s looking at you Adam and Tristan) was the best, most hassle-free experience we’ve ever had.
I took my new Passport back for a second time to have something tightened that should have been done the first time. I waited over two hours and was then told it would take all day. That is two hours I will never get back. This was not the first time this has happened at this dealership to me. They need a checklist for every repair so they get it the first time. Everyone was very courteous and they did have some to drive me home. That is a good service.
