Normally the service is amazing but this time they did not fill any of my fluids during my oil change-no windshield washer fluid, brake, and especially the coolant! It was completely empty.

Buying a car with Honda of Meridian (here’s looking at you Adam and Tristan) was the best, most hassle-free experience we’ve ever had.
I took my new Passport back for a second time to have something tightened that should have been done the first time. I waited over two hours and was then told it would take all day. That is two hours I will never get back. This was not the first time this has happened at this dealership to me. They need a checklist for every repair so they get it the first time. Everyone was very courteous and they did have some to drive me home. That is a good service.
Very professional and super friendly. Adam was a great salesman and took the time show me how the car I purchased worked. He also made sure he had the car model I was interested in running and cooled off on the lot for me to test drive before I arrived. Very helpful and I found what I was looking for. The new General Manger came in and spoke with the customers waiting for their cars to be completed. From what he told us, I think everything is headed in the right direction, hence the five stars. I did miss Jessica, she’s always a 5 star, she seems to make me (and I’m sure others) feel welcome and truly appreciated as a customer. Got there at 10:15am and wasn't told it was ready until 3:25pm. Repaired a AC relay and oil change. I gave a 25% coupon discount and for which I only received about 12.5% discount. We had things to do, as did two other ladies that arrived at 10:00am, and was complaining after 1:00pm, because their vehicle wasn't ready, and they had things to do. The only loaner was gone, they were offered a driver to carry them wherever they wanted to go. We had to sat and wait. It was not a good experience.
Just stopped by to look, I had no plans to purchase. Adam was well informed about Honda. He was patient, kind and considerate. 2nd time customer, will be back a 3rd time when occasion presents itself.
My vehicle was thoroughly inspected and the oil was changed.

My family and I broke down on I-20 and had our Civic towed to Honda of Meridian after close. The following morning, they got the car diagnosed and corrected the issue before noon. The employees were helpful and kept us informed of the issue and resolution.

He even offered to help in future if I was to busy to get to Honda and change my oil, he would pick my car up for me get the oil changed and bring it back. This is my second time buying from the Honda dealership in Meridian bought one in 2019 bought Toyota in 23. Hopefully I want have a long wait when I go to get it serviced
Everything went smoothly
I had returned to buy a tube of touchup paint and just asked if I could get the recall done for airbags even though I had not got a letter from Honda about it yet. They said no problem and they took it right in and in about a half hour they were through. The service department was extremely helpful and courteous to us. Very happy with Meridian Honda as to the way customers are treated.
Honda of Meridian is a great place to buy a car. When I bought my 2025 Honda Pilot from them, it took me a long time to choose something I really liked. They were very patient with me and made the process much quicker and smoother. My battery died recently, and I took it to them. They explained everything, replaced it quickly, and I was in and out in a short amount of time. Great people work there. The service department is excellent, and it’s just overall a fantastic place to work with.
Took my 2021 Honda Odyssey van to find out about a noise I kept hearing also to get my door fixed. It got stuck open and we finally got it to close but we cut electric button off. They diagnosed what was needed for door ordered parts got it fixed. They drove my car around lot. They were hearing the noise I heard. Got it fixed and the shop people were so helpful getting my insurance coverage. I will definitely go back for service at Honda of Meridian
